HomeBase is located in the borough of Kapitolyo, Pasig City, adjacent to BGC, Capitol Commons and Greenfield City. It is a 5-storey mixed-use building that has 14 parking spaces in its one basement level. Street parking is also available as well as bicycle parking on-site. The ground and second floor of the building has approximately 140sqm of leasable area each. The third to fifth floors house 17 micro-apartment units for short-term and long-term rental. There is night shift security on-site, on-call maintenance personnel and two shifts of housekeeping. Additional equipment include a passenger elevator, emergency power for the residential units, a rainwater collection system, a STP, and pumped water.
